Bio

Richard Lawrence Page was born May 2, 1924 at Enid, OK to William Max and Nena Lee (Drake) Page and passed away Monday, November 22, 2010 at the age of 86. Richard served his country in the US Navy during WW II and the Korean Conflict. He was married to Edith Stinson on May 27, 1954 and then on March 3, 1978, Richard was married to June Henderson. Richard owned and operated Page Jewelers until his retirement in 1986. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Elk City and was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister and 3 brothers. Survivors include his wife: June Page of the Elk City home, 2 sons, Richard Page and his wife Nita of Guthrie, Ron Page of Elk City, 2 daughters, Laveta Stout and her husband Van and Carla Pruitt and her husband Loyd all of Elk City, 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and 3 sisters, Shirley Gavula and Patty Cline, both of Guthrie, OK and Syndey Boyd of Tulsa. Funeral services for Richard Page will be conducted Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. from the Martin Funeral Chapel of Elk City with Dr. Russell Duck officiating.
