August 16, 1918 - July 24, 2010 Mrs. Mary K. Lanz, age 91, entered Glory July 24, 2010 at Lincoln Care Center. She was a member of the Lighthouse Christian Church. She was born in Red Cloud, NE ,the 4th child of Royal and Lottie Wilson. Mrs. Mary's life was devoted to her family. She married George L. Lanz, February 18, 1937. Her husband's work allowed them to live in, visit and enjoy many of the western and mid-western states throughout their married lives. She is survived by daughter, Karon "Kelly" Puttkammer and husband: Leslie of Fayetteville, TN, son-in-law, Edward Phillips of Barrington, IL, grandchildren, Georgine Elwell and husband, Ben of Crystal Lake, IL, R.D. Phillips and wife, Cheri of Crystal Lake, IL, Jennifer Ellis and husband, Billy of Bristol, TN, Kimberly Shelton of Jacksonville, FL, Victor Wilmot and wife, Carol of Newport, TN, Scott Wilmot and wife, Judy of Parrotsville, TN, Tonya Taylor and husband, Roger of Morristown, TN, Kristel Thomason of Mohawk, TN; great-grandchildren, Alicia Elwell, Brooke Phillips, Nicholas Saine, Kaylee Taylor, David Taylor, Jonathon Taylor, Jason Taylor, Brandy Hammock, Jonnia Wilmot, Cassandra Wilmot, Scotty Wilmot, Mike Lowery, Kyle Lowery, Brandy Skipper, Nicky Hibdon; great-great-grandchildren, Christian Wilmot, Branson Wilmot, Kristen Taylor, Cain Taylor, Emily Taylor, Alexis Harper, Zoe Ellis, Baylee Skipper, Briley Skipper, Brooklyn Skipper and many beloved nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews and numerous friends. She is preceded in death by husband: George Lanz, daughter, Linda Phillips, daughter, Marilyn Hamlett. Visitation at the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home. Funeral services officiated by Pastor David Fogderud at Davenport Family Funeral Home in Barrington, IL with interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Arlington Heights, IL.
