BLANCHE COOPER WYATT Blanche Cooper was born July 31, 1912 in Shelby County, Texas to Ples Berry Cooper and Nancy Gertrude Peace. She died May 9, 1988 in Shelby County, Texas. The 1920 Census of Justice Precinct 8, Shelby County, Texas shows the following: Ples Cooper age 36, Gertie Cooper age 35, Blanche Cooper age 7, Ples B. Cooper age 1 11/12. Also, Taylor McCray age 75, who is the father of Rosella McCray that married John Cleveland Peace. When Blanche got older, her parents moved to Center, Texas so she could get a better education. Blanche was raised around lots of relatives, an they remained close all of their lives. Blanche married William Robert Wyatt, son of William Ludie Wyatt and Annie Rawson. To this union was born the following children: William Hal Wyatt, and Donald Buford Wyatt. Blanche had a battle with cancer, and faught a good fight. She had a strong faith in God! After her death, William Robert Wyatt married again. On June 2, 1990 he married, Mattie Frank of Center, Texas. William Robert Wyatt was a classroom teacher and administrator for 46 years.
