Died at home. Survived by daughter Monica M Moore of Mesquite, TX, son and daughter-in-law Billy J Moore Jr and Jennifer Plesniak Moore of Mesquite, TX, three grandsons and one granddaughter, Stephen W Rice and Christopher J Rice of Mesquite, TX and Daniel and Rachel Moore of Manalapan, NJ. At his request his body was donated to UT Southwestern Medical School. Cremains were buried at Grove Hill Cemetery, Dallas, TX.
