GREENE RECORDER, Greene, Iowa, Wednesday, April 15, 1959, Page 8: Clarksville News -- Rites Held for Mrs. Libbie Ressler Ms. Libbie Ressler, 86, of Shell Rock passed away at her home early Sunday morning. She is survived by four sons, Carl of Clarksville, Earl of Oklahoma City, Verne of Waverly and Floyd of Humboldt, one daughter, Mrs. Helen Gallmeyer of Clarksville, one brother, Will Jacquis, Hinkley, Minnesota, and a sister, Mrs. Hattie Turner of Shell Rock. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Methodist Church in Shell Rock. Burial was held in Riverside Cemetery in Shell Rock. She was born near Parkersburg and lived her entire live in Butler County.
