1830 Campbell Co., GA - Clem Mullins 1840 Cass Co., GA (now Bartow County) - Clement Mullins The 1850 Cass Co., GA census has Prussia nee Turner and Clement "Clem" Mullins' first known child (James) Middleton Mullins was born ca. 1829 in South Carolina. In 1850 either Prussia or Clem told the census enumerator that all of their children were born in South Carolina. That's not true . They were in Georgia by 1830. The Mullins family moved to Gum Log township in Pope Co., AR before 1860, and Clement bought land there. Bureau of Land Management Clement Mullens 1 Mar 1860 Patent No. 3925 Cash Sale Pope County, Arkansas Section 14 160 Acres He was last recorded on the 26 Sep 1860 Gum Log, Pope Co., AR census. He died in 1869 in Gum Log, Pope Co., AR. Clement "Clem" Mullins was laid to rest in Old Baptist Cemetery in Center Valley, Pope Co., AR. His final resting place does not have a tombstone or a footstone.
