Dorothy Peek 1913-2002 ARLINGTON – Dorothy Alice Peek, died Monday, Jan. 21, in Arlington. Funeral service for Mrs. Peek, 88, is set for 10 a.m. Friday in the First Baptist Church in Arlington. Burial will follow in Moore Memorial Gardens under the direction of Moore Funeral Home. Born July 26, 1913 in Little Elm, Mrs. Peek had been an elementary school teacher in Clairemont. A resident of Arlington since 1951, she was an organist for the Eastern Star. Her husband, Judge E.V. Peek, died in 1981. Survivors include daughters, Wanda Faye Estes of Arlington, Doris Charlene Davis of Snyder; a son, Dr. Darwin Eugene Peek of San Antonio; a sister-in-law, June Cate of Corinth; an aunt, Aline Lawrence of Big Spring; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
