Bio

Howard Randell was the son of Abel Francis and Katherine Ellis (Bowman) Wilson. He had a twin brother Howell Rayburn. Howard married Joy Woodward in 1958; they had no children. He rose to the rank of Staff Sgt in the USAF serving in Korea, Japan, France, and several us bases as a Finance Specialist. Howard was member of the Masonic Lodge.
