Mamie Eulynn McConnel Williams, 88, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019, at her sons' residence. Mrs. Williams was born May 14, 1931, in Limestone County to Leo Tonice McConnell and Vona Lee Adams McConnell. Funeral services for Mrs. Williams will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Mike Kelley officiating. Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery. Preceded in death by her father, Leo Tonice McConnell; mother, Vona Lee Adams McConnell; brothers, Billy, Ozalee and Tonice McConnell; husband, Hubert Leon Williams; and daughter, Donna Sue Williams Campbell. She is survived by her son, Donnie Williams and wife Wynell (Nell); daughters, Darlene Thomas and Ella Jean Funk and husband Stephen; grandchildren, Theresa Gatlin (Steve), Erica Crunk (Steven), Jacqueline Pack (David), Lawinda Williams, Suzanne Collins (Tony), Deidra Williams and Dusten Campbell; great-grandchildren, Stuart Gatlin (Lori), Jason Gatlin (Kristin), Carson Crunk, Breanna Pack, D.J. Pack and Dylan Pack, Kristen Collins, Kolden Collins, Christopher Collins, Jayden Campbell, Kannen Lewis and Cruz Campbell; and great-great-grandchildren, Wyatt Gatlin, Garrett Gatlin, Clara Grace Gatlin and Levi Gatlin. Pallbearers are Mike Williams, Brad Williams, Darren McConnell, Tony Smallwood, Steven Crunk and Steve Gatlin. Honorary pallbearers are Dusten Campbell and Carson Crunk. Published on June 10, 2019.
