Growing up and his first School was in Pine, TX. He always spoke of his close friend Billy Pilgrim. Pine School was later closed. He had to go to School in Pittsburg, TX. After High School he went to work for Pilgrim Industries. Worked there for 40 years at Pilgrims Feed in Pittsburg,TX. He had a big love for Horses. Loved to ride horses and had so many over the years. Loved collecting old cars, and old wagons of the west. Had lots of things ready to retire. Never got to see his retirement, lost his battle to Cancer at the age of 62. He was a good loving father. Always made sure we never went without. We always got whatever we wanted.
