Services for Nettie Beatrice Carr , 94, of Diboll,were held December 5, 2007 in the Elwyn M. Gipson Memorial Chapel in the Garden of Memories Park. Interment followed in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park. Mrs. Carr was the daughter of the late Ida Camile (Owens) and James Fleming Neely. Mrs. Carr was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, as well as a wonderful homemaker. Her entire life was devoted to her family and to raising her three son. She was also a talented quilter. Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, Charles D. and Wanda Jo Carr; daughter-in-law, Patricia Carr; grandchildren, Terry Carr, Suzanne Lay and Mark Carr; 6 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Mrs. Carr was preceed in death by her husband, Riley Carr in 1972; sons, James Carr in 1975 and Riley E. Carr in 2000; sisters, Lena Ivy and Annie White
