Durant Daily Democrat, Durant, Oklahoma, Monday, July 19, 1954, Page 3 Maury Lochridge Services Today Funeral rites were held at the Methodist church in Caddo today for Maury Lochridge, Caddo businessman, who died at Bonham, Texas, Saturday. Mr. Lochridge was 61 years old and had lived in Caddo 19 years. Services were conducted by Rev. Sam Cooper and Rev. Harry Odom and burial, under direction of Murray Funeral Service, was in the Shiloh cemetery, near Honey Grove, Texas. Nephews were pallbearers. Mr. Lochridge was born near Cooper, Delta County, Texas, April 8, 1893, and was married to Miss Bessie Atkins at Self, Texas, in 1924. He was a member of the Christian church and operated a cafe in Caddo. The deceased is survived by his wife, three daughters, Mrs. J. H. Patterson, Enloe, Texas; Mrs. Russell Brown, Houston, Texas; and Miss Carolyn Lochridge, Caddo; four brothers, Elmo, Tom and Alva Lochridge, Honey Grove; and Homer Lochridge, Caddo, a sister, Mrs. Bulah Jones, Windom, Texas; and four grandchildren. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Maury Lochridge married Etta Denison, S.O Campbell Bascom Lochridge & Elizabeth Ann Whitlock
