The Whitewright Sun, Whitewright, Texas, Thursday, September 18, 1986, Page 9 Wilma Franklin WHITEWRIGHT - Services for Wilma Franklin of Route 3, Whitewright, 73-year-old housewife were held at Earnheart Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dennis Wilkinson, Rev. John Wade and Rev. A. D. Campbell officiated and burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Franklin was born in the Ely community, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Perry A. Jones and married Charles E. Franklin, Jan. 5, 1935 in Whitewright. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Tom Bean. Surviving are her sons, Charles Franklin of Tom Bean and James Franklin of San Antonio; daughter Nelda Partin of Van Alstyne; brothers, Bernard Jones, Elmo Jones and Robert Jones, all of Tom Bean; and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers were Don Merriman, Danny Merriman, Harry Reynolds, David Lankford, Don Milligan and Truman Carpenter. Memorials may be made to the Grayson County Home Hospice or the First United Methodist Church in Tom Bean.
