son of James Alexander Carroll and Elizabeth Jane Angiline "Betsy" Lawson Carroll. wed Julia Elizabeth "Lizzie" Lawson, who was his cousin. brother of Absalom Campbell "Ancel" Carrell, Find A Grave Memorial# 5982049, who is buried in Altoga Cemetery. See my note on the spelling change of the family names between these two children, Carroll, Carrell. Please also note that I took the birth and death date from the Texas Certificate of Death, listed as W. N. Carroll.
