(Obituary shows mother, Laura's maiden name was Osgood. Laura's mother, Lilla was first married to Ernest Linwood Stover 6 Mar 1897 • Belfast, ME. Laura was born in 1898. Lilla married 2nd James Roderick Osgood 19 Feb 1904 • Bangor, ME. James would have been Laura's step-father.) Obituary in the Kennebec Journal 7/13/1974, Sat · Page 2.
