Mary L. Moss By Huff Funeral Home Sep 4, 2003 Whitesboro, Texas – Funeral services for Mary L. Moss, age 57, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 5, 2003 at the Huff Funeral Chapel in Whitesboro, Texas. Pastor Dewayne Brinlee, assisted by Roger Winter will officiate. Burial will follow at Sadler Cemetery in Sadler, Texas. Mrs. Moss passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2003, in Whitesboro at her residence. She was born on December 19, 1945, in Hedley, Texas, the daughter of the Audrey Brinlee and Dora Viola Matlock Brinlee. She was of the Pentecostal faith and lived in Lexington, Mo. for 16 years before moving to Whitesboro the end of 2002. Mrs. Moss is preceded in death by her parents, Audrey (Al) and Viola Brinlee; three sisters, Syble Cohn, Ruth Smith and Evelyn Helms; and two brothers, Charles Brinlee and Leon Brinlee. She is survived by one son, Larry Moss and wife, Hattie Moss, Sherman, Texas; three daughters, Dora Murrell, Sherman, Texas; Ronda Winter and husband, Roger Winter, Whitesboro, Texas; Mary Ann Kirkland and husband, Casey Kirkland, Anna, Texas; one brother, James Brinlee and wife, Buella Brinlee, Whitesboro, Texas; one sister, Betty Hammer and husband, R.B. Hammer, Whitesboro, Texas; nine grandchildren, Willie Gabbard, Sunshine Gabbard, Brandy Murrell, Jimmy Murrell, Steven Moss, Rachael Winter, Rebecca Winter, Ricky Moss and Kara Winn; and four great-grandchildren, Christopher Bass, Deniquan Bass, Francis Quinn and Chase Quinn. Pallbearers will be Scott Stier, Eddie Sinclair, Danny Wolfe, Dewayne Smith, Ronnie Brown and Eric Hammer. Family visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 04, 2003 at Huff Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas.
