The Dodge Criterion (Dodge, Nebraska) 17 Nov 1910, Thu Page 4 Frank Kriz Frank Kriz died at his home northeast of Dodge, Saturday, November 12, 1910. He was taken sick a few days before and on the 11th he was operated on but it was of no avail, and he passed away at 10:40 Saturday night. Frank Kriz was born September 30, 1872 [sic] in Dodge County and had lived here all his life. He had many friends and acquaintances who deeply sympathize with the bereaved family. He leaves a wife and daughter four years old, and an older son by a former wife. The funeral was held Monday under the auspices of the Z.C.B.J., the W.O.W., and Tel Jed Sokol, being a prominent member of these orders. There were members present from Howells to take part in the funeral exercises. The body was laid to rest in the National Bohemian Cemetery.
