The Brazoria Facts, December 24, 2007: Louisa Schonert, 88, of Brazoria passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2007, at Woodlake Nursing Home in Clute. She was born December 18, 1919, to Ben and Georgia Caswell in Oakhurst, TX. Louisa is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Betty Guhlke. She is survived by her sons, Lawerence Schonert of Sweeny and Lenard Schonert of West Columbia; daughters, Frances Nelle Wall and husband Gerald of Brazoria, Georgia Cooper and husband Earl of Brazoria, and Louise Gore of Lake Jackson; brothers, Junior Caswell and wife Doris of Kansas and S.V. Caswell of Cleveland, TX; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 26, 2007, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Dixon Funeral Home in Brazoria, TX. Graveside services will be Wednesday, December 26, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at Sweeny Cemetery in Sweeny, TX, with Gerald Wall officiating. Send online condolences to www.dixonfuneralhome.com.
