Amarillo Globe-News, Sept. 9, 2004 - Horace Stanley Fondy Jr., 84, of Amarillo died Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2004. Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are by East TX Funeral Home of Longview. Mr. Fondy was born Aug. 16, 1920, in Snyder. He served in the Army Air Corps and was a retired maintenance worker for the city of Amarillo. Survivors include three sisters, Marie Wolf of Dayton, OH, Thelma Sexton of Turlock, Calif., and Kathleen Collins of Longview.
