Bio

Addie Baukman age 86, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2010 in Norman, Oklahoma. She was born on September 20, 1923 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to her parents Wilhelm H. and Barbra Marie (Augusta) Mueller. She was a former member of the Mazie Baptist Church and Twin Oaks Church of Wagoner. There she was a Sunday School Teacher and choir member. She enjoyed socializing with her friends, fishing, ceramics and giving to others. Addie worked for Shipman Funeral Home in 1992 to 1993 as a receptionist. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband George Baukman Jr. and three brothers and four sisters. She is survived by one daughter Doris Dewberry and husband Ed Shoemaker, Two niece's Charyn West and husband Phillip of Ft. Smith Arkansas and Barbara Neason of Seattle, Washington. Two grandchildren Summer and Clint Dewberry and three great grandchildren Parker, Keaton and Kendall. Countless friends who will miss her. A memorial service will be held Monday, September 27, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery with Pastor Wesley Graver officiating. Services were under the direction of Shipman Funeral Home & Crematory. (Shipmans)
