News of the death at Frankston Wednesday night of Mrs. T. Beard, 60, a native of the New York section of this county, was received Thursday morning by friends. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at Frankston where interment will follow. The deceased was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tom Jones of the New York section, her father being a former postmaster there. Her husband died a year ago. Surviving are two children: Mrs. Vera Livingston, Dallas and Jack Beard, Frankston. Other survivors include five sisters: Mrs. T.H. Hall of Weslaco, Texas; Mrs. J.A. Harper of Brownsboro; Mrs. M.D. Hall of Dallas; Mrs. W.H. Frinzley, Eustace Route 1 and Mrs. Jake Clark of California. Mrs. M.D. Hall and Mrs. Frinzley had gone to Frankston Wednesday to be at the bedside. They phoned Mrs. B.C. Hall Thursday morning to announce Mrs. Beard's death.
