Osterberg , Douglas L. passed away, Monday, February 22, 2010. Beloved husband of Ruth Osterberg (nee Tennant). dear father of Craig (Patricia) Osterberg , Karen (John) Stoll and Keith (Carolyn) Osterberg ; loving grandpa of Kyle, James, Thomas and the late Colin Osterberg , Aaron and Brian Stoll, Cheryl Sheehy & Brian Behrens; dear great-grandpa of 11; brother of Joyce Stull of Papillion, NE. and nephews. Douglas served with Fox Co. 25, U.S. Marine Corps in the Korean War and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. Douglas retired from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and was a member of ITU, Local 8. Services: Funeral service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home Eureka, 108 N. Central Avenue, Friday, 10:00 a.m. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. If desired, contributions may be made to Disabled American Vet erans. Visitation Thursday 4-8 p.m. St. Louis Post-Dispatch (MO) - Wednesday, February 24, 2010.
