Bio

Frazer came with his family from Alabama to Texas in the 1890's, settling first in west Texas for a few years and then in Henderson County in east Texas. He was a teacher, a farmer and rancher, and the county tax assessor-collector for many years. He was a Mason, and was well known for his kindness and generosity.
