Services for Ella Bulah Nejtek, 77, of Temple will be 10 a.m. Friday at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple, with the Rev. Pat Dietrich officiating. Burial will follow in Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple. Mrs. Nejtek died Tuesday, Aug. 8, in a local nursing home. She was born Jan. 3, 1933, to A.C. and Ella Bachmayer Calder in Taylor. She married Elick Frank Nejtek Sr. She was a homemaker and a member of First Lutheran Church in Temple. She was a childcare provider and a healthcare provider. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2006. Survivors include two sons, Elick F. Nejtek Jr. and Delmer Nejtek, both of Temple; a daughter, Shirley Mitchell of Ingleside; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
