Published Obituary: Fremont Tribune (Fremont, Nebraska) 14 Jul 1966, Thu Page 11 "Frank Vlasak Rites Are Set" Prague - Services for Frank E. (Spider) Vlasak, 73, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Kucera Funeral Home chapel. Rev. Donald Proett, of the Presbyterian Church will officiate. Graveside services will be in charge of the American Legion Post 54, Prague, and the Masonic Lodge of North Bend. Pallbearers will be members of the American Legion. Burial will be in National cemetery. Mr. Vlasak was born here Jan. 21, 1893, and had spent his lifetime at Prague. He was a merchant and a grocer. He died Tuesday night after being hospitalized one day at the Veterans Hospital in Omaha. Survivors include three brothers, Emil, St. Paul, Minn., Milo, North Bend; and George, Omaha.
