Bio

Albert William Ayres is the son of Alfred Ayres (1851-1933) and Mary Ann Pamplin (1852-1929). He left the Port of Liverpool, England, on 19 Oct 1904, arriving in the Port of New York, USA, on 28 Oct 1904. At some time before 1910, he traveled back to England to marry Anne D Davies on 24 Sep 1910, in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, England. He left England again, arriving in Portland, Maine, on 09 Apr 1912. His wife, Anne, and 8-month old daughter, Elsie A, left the Port of Southampton, England, on 10 Aug 1912, arriving in the Port of New York, USA, on 18 Aug 1912. Their final destination was stated as Gibbon, Buffalo County, Nebraska, USA, to join her husband, Albert.
