Vasina was born in Czechoslovakia, March 24, 1874; and came to the United States with his family when he was 10. When he was 17 he moved to Prague and has lived here since. He worked in the elevator with his brother until his retirement. Mr. Vasina's wife died in 1924. He was preceded in death by a brother also. Survivors include two sons, Charles, of David City, and Albert, of Fremont; a daughter, Evelyn, who lives in Missouri, and five grandchildren. Services will be held in the Kucera Funeral Parlors Friday at 10 a.m. Burial to be in the National Cemetery. Kucera Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
