Lillian L. Bennion MURRAY — Lillian Lysle Reading Bennion, 63, Murray, died in a Salt Lake City hospital Jan. 16, 1973, of natural causes. Born April 18, 1909, in Murray, to Franklin and Tamar Diana Naylor Reading, she married Clive Brown Bennion Oct. 28, 1929, in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a houswife and a member of the LDS Church. She served in Primary as a teacher and ward president, served as stake primary president for eight years, taught in and was president of ward YWMIA, served in Relief Soceity and on Murray Stake Relief Society Board, Past member, Murray Lady Lions; member, Murray Women's club. Survivors: husband; sons, daughters, G. Scott, Gerald C., Mrs. Dan (Sharon) Davies, all Murray, Susan, Tooele; four grandchildren; brother, sister, Everett, Murray, Dellas J., Union, Mrs. James (LaVonne) Steadman, West Jordan. Funeral, 2 p.m. Thursday at Murray 3rd LDS Ward Chapel, 160 E. 4600 South. Friends may call 6 - 8 p.m. Wedensday and Thursday one hour prior to services at 4760 S. State.
