Cause of Death: Myelofibrosis, Hepatitis C contracted from blood transfusion during lung surgery at Parkland Hospital, 1990. Chose cremation. Memorial service held at Troy Suggs Funeral Home, Military Pkwy., Dallas, May 16, 1998. Ashes currently in possession of youngest daughter, Susie Rich, Dallas.
