Daughter of to Robert & Ethel (Cantrell) Tinkler. She married Elmer "Shorty" Owen on December 10, 1988. Survivors: Many nieces & nephews on both the east & west coast. Step-children: Virginia & Douglas Baker, Ozark, MO Eugene & Delores Owen, Ocala, FL Wilma & Frank Witters, Bentonville, AR Preceded in death by: Husband, Elmer, her Parents & 2 brothers, Leamon Tinkler & William A. Tinkler
