Parents: Anton and Josephine (Rech) Sedlak Widow of Albin Ernest Coufal. Graduate of Dwight High School. Former cook at Corner Cafe in Seward and Nurse's Aid at Seward Memorial Hospital. Member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, Altar Society and Honorary member of PCCW. Preceded in death by parents, husband, Albin E. Coufal in 1965; brothers, Louis, Bill, Emil, Jim and Tony Sedlak; sisters, Verna Jakub, Helen Zegers. Survivors: daughter, Karen Coufal of Seward; son and daughter-in-law, Dave and Renee Coufal of Seward; grandchildren, Cody Coufal, Jeremy and Haley Coufal, Ryan Coufal, Lynsey Coufal; sister-in-law, Mary Sedlak of Omaha; nieces and nephews; cousins.
