Bio
He was born at Bergstron Air Force Base to Owen and Mona Powell Lay. He married Marquetta Brownlee on Aug. 8, 2003 at Oklahoma City. He was a machinist for National Oilwell in McAlester for several years. He was an avid hunter and football fan, fisherman, treasure hunter and loved to go to the Texas Speedway. He was the father of Megan Lay of Trinidad, CO and brother of Kenneth Lay, Donald and Ronald Powell.
