Judge Redick granted her $3000.00 alimony, but owing to the fact the children have been taken from the state by the father no disposition was made of them. The plaintiff has been allowed alimony of $3000.00. Until recently the family lived on a farm north of North Bend but a few weeks ago Amiel accompanied his parents to Holly, Colorado. His wife has been living in Omaha.
