New Albany ~ Dorothy I. Wetzelberger, 92, died Wednesday morning, August 6, 2003, at Lincoln Hills Health Campus in New Albany. She was born the daughter of Willard Nicholas Sr. and Marguerite Crowley Brink on November 11, 1910, in Hastings, NE, and married to the late Charles Wetzelberger. She was formerly a medical technician, having worked at the old St. Edwards Hospital in New Albany and then retiring from Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services. She was a member of Holy Family CatholicChurch in New Albany. She is survived by a stepson, Dr. Craig C. Wetzelberger of Louisville; sister, Catherine Halpine of Philadelphia, PA; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Visitation will be from 3~8 p.m. Friday, August 8, 2003, at Generations Funeral Home, 3309 Ballard Ln. New Albany. The funeral Mass will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, August 9, 2003, at Holy Family Catholic Church, with entombment to follow in Kraft~Graceland Memorial Park.
