Her parents were Willis H. Rains and Elizabeth Bays Rains. On June 6 1885 married Frederick Osborn Moore in Guntersville, AL. The ceremony was performed by J. A. Johnson, M.G. Children of this union include Nellie Mae, Ada Gertrude, James Lester, Verda Belle, Olin Carley, Clarence McCoy. Per The Alabama Death Index, Rosa Lee Moore died in Calhoun Co, Alabama on Mar 17, 1946.
