Sarah Patterson Harpole was born 1823 Wilson Co Tennessee and died 1898 She was the daughter of Adam Harpole and Mary Polly Bettis. She married William Tinsley 21 Aug 1841 Gibson Co., Tennessee. She was the granddaughter of William Bettis and Sarah Patterson, named after her grandmother Sarah Patterson.
