She was 99 yrs, 10 mo., 17 days of age. Graveside funeral services were conducted Dec. 10 at Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton with Lee Berger officiating. Mrs. Hohertz was born January 28, 1903 at Becka Mountain in Mills County, the daughter of Adolph Meissner and Emilie Tischler Meissner. She was married to Ernest H. Hohertz on November 24, 1926. He preceded her in death on Nov. 24, 1963. She was a devoted wife and helpmate to her husband. She is preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Alwine Hohertz, Tillie Sommerfeld and Frieda Sommerfeld and one brother Adolph Meissner. Survivors include one sister Albertine Lange of Dodd City; a sister-in-law Frieda Meissner of Hamilton and a number of nieces and nephews.
