Bio

Mary Ellen and her sister Sarrah are the daughters of Wyatt Baily Freeman. They married two brother's. Their mother remarried and had additional children with Thomas Hansford Lee. When Mary Ellen Freeman was born on 20 August 1862, in Tennessee, United States, her father, Wyatt Bailey Freeman, was 24 and her mother, Catherine Marsh, was 21. She had at least 4 sons and 3 daughters with Joseph William Brandon. She lived in Gum Tree, Monroe, Kentucky, United States in 1910 and Monroe, Kentucky, United States in 1920. She died on 2 March 1948, in Akersville, Monroe, Kentucky, United States, at the age of 85, and was buried in Fountain Run, Monroe, Kentucky, United States.
