Bio

Mildred Louise Rowe, 75, of Woodsboro, passed away Friday, July 16, 2010, at home. She was born Aug. 7, 1934, in Alice, to the late William and Edna Happner. She was an adjunct assistant at Refugio County Museum. She is survived by her son, Randall Starr of Chicago; brother-in-law, Roland Karm of Woodsboro; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Margaret Karm and Ruby Tennill. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 19, 2010, at Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Refugio. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Refugio with Dr. Jimmy Arnold officiating. Burial will be at La Rosa Cemetery in Woodsboro.
