Alice is listed as a widow living with brother in law, Casper Dykes, in Cooke County, Texas, with Adelle being only 2 years old. 1860, 1880 and 1900 census shows she was born in Arkansas, yet her death certificate shows Mississippi. Sister to Martha Jane Blakemore Dykes, FAG#14903852, Joseph and Henry. Daughter of Forest and Margery. Living in Bedford, Arkansas in 1860.
