Married: 27 Feb 1916 in Roark Prairie, Walker county, Texas. Grandson, Wesley Millige London, says that his grandfather was a great man. "The family called him "Big Daddy". He stood 6 ft. 6in. tall, had a slim build, weighed abt. 225 lbs. and was known to all as "Big Six". Grandfather was a man of dignity that did not compromise on morals. He was very straight forward and Godly. He was a farmer and former Deputy Sheriff of Walker County. Millige always wore a long sleeved shirt, buttoned at the neck and wore a felt hat. He read his Bible every day and was known to fall asleep with it on his chest."
