Daughter of Vaclav "James" and Mary (Jakub) Hruska and passed away on July 12, 2010 at the age of 97 years, 1 month, 12 days. Lillian attended country school north of Weston, Nebraska in Saunders County. She worked at home and at three different cafes until her marriage. On June 27, 1935, Lillian was united in marriage to Joseph Krepcik in Omaha, Nebraska. After their marriage Lillian and Joe lived north of Seward, then by Woodlake, Staplehurst, York, Litchfield and Ashton, all in Nebraska and then they purchased the "Sportman's Corner" a bait shop near Sherman Reservoir which they operated for many years. In October of 1985, Lillian and Joe moved to Seward. Joe passed away in 1987 and Lillian continued to make her home in Seward. She was a member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church and Altar Society. Lillian is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, John and Jim Hruska; three sisters, Emma Nekuda, Anna Stava and Marie Reznicek; and many nieces and nephews. Lillian is survived by her nieces and nephews, -- who affectionately referred to her as "Aunt 'Lil" -- Delores Roemer, Elaine Greenlund, Letha Shimerka, Ronald Hruska, Sr., Val Hruska, MaryAnn Bouc, Jerome Hruska, Joan Hronek, Betty Foster, Pat Kobza, Jeanette Minge and Rita Humlicek and a host of friends.
