Obituary: Miller County Autogram Sentinel, March 1993 Agnes Gott, 90, of Van Buren died March 8, 1993, at Doctors Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff. She was born Jan 30, 1903, at Bloomfield to Everett and Lucinda Hunter McDaniel. On Aug 15, 1922, she was married to Kirt K. Gott, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Gott lived in Van Buren for the past 40 years, moving there from Miller County. She was the retired owner-manager of Big Spring Restaurant and was a member of the Van Buren First Baptist Church. Surviving her are nieces, nephews and cousins. A son, Dale Gott, died Feb. 1, 1931. Funeral services were held March 11 at the McSpadden Funeral Home in Van Buren with the Rev. Bruce Hawkins officiating. Burial was in Gott Cemetery near Brumley.
