LILLIAN G. CHAPPELLSept. 21, 1913 ~ June 3, 2010. Loving, Caring, and Dependable member of a large, personal extended family. This family includes sons, James and Russell. Daughter-in-law Penny. Granddaughters; Kimberly McKinney and Michelle Chappell. Spouse Michelle- Franke. Great-granddaughters; Kelly and Katie McKinney, Rose Chappell- Franke and recent Great-Great-Grandson, Connor McKinney. During the robust and active span of her life she was involved with the PTA, Women's City Club, and Federation of Women's Club. She also enjoyed many personal friends and neighbors of long standing during an age when moving was not common. Her husband Chester passed in 1992. Always, always her personal extended family came first within her lifestyle. The Funeral Service will be held at Forest Park Lawndale's Chapel of Angels on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 2:30pm with visitation one hour prior to service. The Interment will immediately follow service at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. Published in Houston Chronicle on July 8, 2010
