daughter of Jim Bilbrey - Miss Arnold Ruth Higgins Renfro, 79, was a retired Chef and a member of the Baptist Church. She moved to Graham in 1975 from Los Angeles, California. Survived by sons: J.J. Higgins, O.L. Higgins, Billy Sarvey; daughter: Anita Barone; sisters: Bessie Bort, Bertha Emerson, Verna Renfro; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
