Estelle Marie Blackburn, 89, of Waco, passed away Thursday, July 1, 2010. Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Joe Geliney as Celebrant. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. and visitation will be 7 p.m. Monday, July 5, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel. Estelle was born in Tours, Texas, to the late Frank and Bessie Seith. She married Eddie Blackburn on Jan. 24, 1948. Estelle was a homemaker, helped in Eddie's plumbing business, and worked for Concepts of Care. She was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Estelle was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Waco. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Blackburn; son-in-law, Sammy Webb; and brother, Roy Seith. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Russell, of Waco and Debbie Webb, of Elgin; her son, De'Wayne Blackburn, of Waco; grandchildren, Sammy Webb, Lynette Conlan and husband, Hampton, Wayne Blackburn and wife, Jennifer, Weston Blackburn, and Bobby Blackburn; great-grandsons, Brendon, Sterling, and Tristyn; and her sister, Dorothy Radle of Bellmead.
