Bio
David Day was the son of Richard Byrd Day and Elizabeth Penn Day. He married (1) Cyrena Jane Dutton, and (2) Matilda O. Boteler. He served as probate judge of Morgan County in the late 1870s and 1880s. His obituary appeared in the The Alabama Enquirer: The Alabama Enquirer, January 12, 1888 JUDGE DAVID DAY died last night, Jan. 10th, 1888, at 10:20 after being confined to his bed for many months with paralysis.
