Vivian Enander, 75, of Stanley, surrounded by her loving family, entered her eternal resting place on Sunday, June 27, 2010 in the Stanley hospital. Her funeral will be Friday, July2, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., in River of Life Church. Stanley (formerly Maranatha Assembly of God). Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Stanley. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, July 1, 2010 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Springan Funeral Home, Stanley. Vivian Lucille Burrows/Hunt was born to Lester and Evelyn Burrows in Nebraska City, Nebraska on June 25, 1935. Her father died soon after her birth and her family moved to Olympia, Washington. She married Milton Enander 54 years ago, in Washington. They lived in Seattle while he worked at Boeing and then moved to the family farm in North Dakota. She was welcomed with open arms by Milton's family as they raised their 5 children. Vivian loved to "throw a party" and have fun. She would go all out and plan for months always including activities for the children. Vivian loved children and was a Sunday school teacher at the Baptist Church in Stanley, often using object lessons as her guide. She was a creative person with her gardening, sewing and ceramics. She was always helping someone and was a "behind the scenes" kind of person. Vivian worked many years as a CNA at the Stanley hospital and nursing home, Kenmare Baptist home and also did home health care. Vivian was a very active member of Maranatha Assembly of God Church, Stanley. She enjoyed riding motorcycle and was a member of the Shekinah Riders Christian motorcycle club. Vivian will be missed by her loving husband, Milton; children Lucinda (Conrad) Douglas, Sioux City, Iowa, Jerald (Dorothy) Enander, Kansas City, Missouri, Christine (Kenny) Jorgenson, Powers Lake, North Dakota, Dollie (Leo) Sotelo, Shakopee, Minnesota, Robin (Kevin) Olson, Cambodia, Sharon (Zack) Duhe', Medina, Minnesota; grandchildren Colin (April), Carl, Alina, Camille (fiancée Richard Weinhold), Calvin, Kelsey, Colleen, Heather (Larry Bratton, Sr.), Evan, Emily, Alice, David, Marissa, Matthew, Mitchell, Taylor, Samantha, Adam; great-grandchildren Larry Jr., Lilly and Belle; brothers Charles Hunt, Charles Burrows; sister Cecilia Payne; many extended family.
