Bio

Delbert S Vancil was born on November 16, 1894, in Ballinger, Texas, his father, Isaac, was 38 and his mother, Maude, was 22. He married Mildred Herring and they had one son together. He then married Lousue Ruth Skinner Lehmberg on May 28, 1955. He served in the US Army from 20 Mar 1918 to 26 Mar 1919. He died on July 17, 1984, in his hometown at the age of 89
