Bio

Anna B. Bird Anna was born in Rockwall Co.,Tx. on Sept.4, 1913. She went to the Lord on Aug. 28,1996. Anna was proceded In death by husband John D. Bird in 1973 and oldest son, John E. Bird in 1985. She is Survived by son Lonnie Bird of Salkum, Wa; daughter Mary L. Kennedy of Tacoma, Wa. She had 8 Grandchildren and 13 greatgrandchildren. Anna was raised in Tx. and moved to Tacoma in 1955. She worked in Local Department Stores as a sales clerk until 1972. Special thanks to the caregivers at Tacoma Terrace for the love and care she received. Memorial services will be held at So, Tacoma Eagles on 72nd and Pine, Thursday, Sept. 5 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Joseph Hospice, c/o Franciscan Foundation for Health Care, PO Box 1502, Tacoma WA 98401-9836.
